A/W Paris Fashion Week; Celine

Pheobe Philip is a genius I must say! The designer for Celine has achieved a well known name for the brand when it comes to tailored minimalism. In the A/W collection, showcased at Paris Fashion Week , Philip did not disappoint, as she paired fabrics such as fur, leather and sheer shiffon and placed them with sharp tailored pieces and bright colours. Trousers inserted with leather, turtle necks, multi-coloured tunics and wool-felt blazers headed down the runway. Very structured coats were a major part of the collection; some extra long coming in at the waist band then falling below the knee. A few coats were boasting bold, block colour, others had fur situated down the collar and leather arm inserts. The colour palette was full of earthy tones with a burst of colour here and there. I personally love the luxurious fabrics create a fine distinction between the classic and modernism.
