A Different Era

When entering an event last night, it was as though we had stepped into a time machine and were transported back several decades to the 1920’s and 1930’s era. Girls were dressed in the iconic flapper dress and their glove covered fingers gripped cigarette holders, as they danced to a live jazz band. The whole theme of the party was based around the prohibition era and Speakeasy bars. Keeping with the whole theme, at the beginning of the night guests merged into a room, enjoying canapes and music, until a siren alarm sounded and everyone was escorted into a different part of the venue, where more celebrations took place.
