Thursday last week I finally escaped from the hustle and bustle of Sydney's city and adventured to Christopher's former home base; The Northern Beaches. I think that Christopher was rather shocked, as I would normally politely decline his offer to travel here, however I felt like I needed some separation from the CBD, where I do spend 99 per cent of my time. As soon as we arrived at the beaches, there was an instant sense of calmness, which was rather refreshing. I was finally introduced to Christopher's family home, that has a resort like feel to it, boasting a magnificent view of the ocean and pier. This beautiful cliff top above, was one of Christopher's secret sanctuary's, where he spent his time meditating. Even though it was only for the day, I felt rejuvenated, after the easy laid back lifestyle of the Northern Beaches.
