Props and Bags

A few weeks ago I was contacted to style the debut campaign shoot, for
Nude Handbags. Designer Julia was very open to the direction of the shoot
and let me be creatively free to come up with a total of 5 very different
looks to accompany her handbags. The campaign was shot at the amazing
Sydney Prop Studio in Marrickville, which can prove to be a BIG
distraction. If you haven't been to the prop studio, you must go! When you
walk in, it is a wonderland due to all the wonderful and wacky pieces that
are crowded around the warehouse. One minute you could be walking through
the lush green garden of Alice In Wonderland, equipped with the Mad
Hatter, the next you could be dancing through the set of Hairspray the
musical, or find yourself in Nevada Las Vegas. The clothing and
accessories that I pulled all came together nicely, in order to accompany
and highlight key components of Julia's bags. I will be sure to post the
final images when released.
