Whitney Eve was launched in 2008 by TV personality, Whitney Port. WhitneyEve is influenced by the stars LA upbringing and New York lifestyle. This is Whitney's debut in Australia, launching it tonight at MBFW and she did not disappoint. The collection has the flirty, femininity of the Californian lifestyle, combined with the edginess seen on the Manhattan sidewalks. The first presentation tonight, was of her collection WeByWhitneyEve, which she described as having a 'Style Aesthetic' taken from her everyday life. It is more androgynous, with structured pieces and a harsher colour palette. The second collection in the show was WhitneyEve, in which she originated with. This is the more fun and flirty side of her line, boasting pastel pieces, mixed together with metallic and custom prints. WhitneyEve will be stocked at the Iconic and at Sportsgirl.
